No. This is a volunteer leadership role. Directors may receive a modest monthly stipend and a discretionary annual honorarium as recognition for service. These are not wages, commissions, or guaranteed income.
The Chapter Director commitment is 12 months. This allows time to establish leadership rhythm, build relationships, and steward the chapter well. Renewal may be offered by mutual agreement at the end of the term.
You will lead one chapter and host two in-person gatherings per month—one structured meeting and one social gathering—while protecting culture, welcoming members, and guiding healthy growth.
Once established, most Directors spend approximately 8–10 hours per month. The launch phase may require additional time to build momentum and enroll founding members.
A minimum of 15 members is required to launch an official chapter, ensuring energy, sustainability, and a strong foundation.
You will receive onboarding, training, launch guidance, systems access, and ongoing organizational support. You will appoint two additional people as part of your leadership team. Local growth is driven by local leadership.
Yes. There is a one-time Chapter Director Application Fee that supports onboarding, training, systems setup, and operational resources.
After approval, you complete onboarding, are assigned your city, begin the launch phase, enroll founding members, and host your first official chapter meeting.
